From humble beginnings to bold ambitions
2024 — Founded in Leicester
MAXIION was established in November 2024 with a clear purpose: to deliver a premium commercial alternative to template-led website agencies. The founding team brought together senior experience in web design, ecommerce development, search, and digital strategy under one accountable roof.
2025 — First commercial partnerships
Through 2025 the company built lasting partnerships with growing businesses across the Midlands and the wider United Kingdom, delivering full website builds, ecommerce stores, and ongoing growth programmes for clients in retail, logistics, and professional services.

Every MAXIION engagement follows the same structured method. A clear discovery and commercial brief comes first, followed by strategy, design, build, launch, and ongoing optimisation. Each stage produces a tangible deliverable that you can read, review, and approve. Each engagement carries a defined timeline, an agreed price, and a single accountable project lead. The work is reviewed against the commercial objectives set at the start, with a written report at every milestone.

MAXIION is built around a team of experienced senior specialists. The people you meet in your first conversation are the same people who design your site, write the code, and review how it performs once it goes live. Your project lead runs it on an agreed timeline, with weekly written updates covering progress and the work planned for the week ahead. Communication is open and direct throughout the project.
